At Cureveda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe remains effortless and risk-free.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Cureveda account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original items, including all designer tags and packaging, into the shipping box and secure it with the provided adhesive strip.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and use the tracking link provided to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
